Sealer no.2 in 4 months!

Four of our Afrigol.com team celebrate the completion of our most advanced retail carton sealer yet.
Amongst other improvements, different types of heaters can now be fitted to our sealer:
the PLC can then be set to react correctly to the different safety relays onboard of the
heaters. If a heater overheats, the machine will react immediately.
This is the second sealer in 4 months, delivered to the same customer!

Another fully refurbished B188 is collected

This Baader 188 was stripped down to each individual part, then repaired, welded if necessary, painted and then the whole machine re-assembled. The life of this B188 has now been extended by at least another 5 years.

afrigol.com logo replaces Goldmann Engineering logo

In order to emphasize our online presence, we have taken the strategic decision to
replace the 'Goldmann Engineering - Food Processing Technology' logo with
the 'afrigol.com - Engineering Food Processing Packaging Machinery'.
In legal terms, our company remains 'Goldmann Engineering CC', but we are now trading as 'afrigol.com'.
This new branding will be appearing on all our marketing material, web & email, and letterheads.

Reconditioned B188 ready for delivery

Stripped down to every single part, then repaired, where necessary new parts fitted,
protective paint added, and then carefully re-assembled.
The end result: a fully reconditioned B188.
Our customer sent us a tired and worn machine, we return a brand new machine
with it's lifespan extended by easily another 4 years.

GE goes solar

Sunshine is plentiful in Cape Town: making it imperative for using it for the generating of electricity!
Our Photo-voltaic installation is now complete. Besides the obvious saving on electricity bills,
we enjoy uninterupted electricity supply, even when the network is down.
Our customers can therefore rely on us always being available!
