Machine refurbishment

Return your machine to the premium condition it was in when you purchased it new.

The process we follow:

• We dissassemble down to the last bolt and nut
• Corroded parts are repaired through welding and machining
• Painted parts are shotblasted, chemically treated to remove salt and then repainted

• Wearing parts like bearings, bushes, etc are replaced
• Where Baader parts need replacement, as Baader agents, we use original Baader parts or parts manufactured locally under license to Baader
• Finally we reassemble your machine, set it up according to Baader specifications and test it with raw product

We basically perform a reconstruction of your machine, not a cosmetic touch up.  The life span of your valuable asset is therefore significantly lengthened.
